Terms of Service

Welcome to Droppe. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of droppefinance.com (the “Site”) and our waitlist signup. By visiting the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Droppe (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a pre-launch company based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

1. About this service

The Site is a marketing and waitlist signup page for an upcoming mobile app. It is not the Droppe app itself. The app is not currently available, and is targeted for launch in October 2026. The launch date, feature set, and pricing may all change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Free signup

Joining the waitlist is free. We're not currently selling any product or service through this Site. If we make a paid product available in the future, separate terms will apply at that point.

4. No guarantees

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee:

• That Droppe will launch on the announced date (or at all).
• That you will receive early access to the app.
• Any specific features, pricing, or benefits at launch.
• Continued operation of the Site or waitlist.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the waitlist or the Site at any time without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit fake, automated, or someone else's email address.
• Use the Site for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation (e.g. through scraping, denial-of-service attacks, or unauthorized access).
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Site's code, copy, or design without our permission.

We may remove you from the waitlist or block your access if you violate these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Droppe name, logo, mascot characters (Jellybean, Cody Cat, Tiger, and Polar), illustrations, copy, and visual design are owned by us and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

We use third-party services (currently Loops for email delivery and Netlify for hosting) to operate the Site and waitlist. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to information they process. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and waitlist are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice. We don't take responsibility for any financial decisions you make based on Droppe-related content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droppe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or waitlist. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
